By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by LiveBird Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (1217-18, Satyamev Eminence, Science City Rd, Ahmedabad, India) together with its affiliated entities listed on the Contact page — "LiveBird", "we" or "us".

The site describes our services, technologies and products for information. We keep it accurate, but figures such as years in business, projects delivered and downloads are as of the date they were last updated, service descriptions are summaries, and interactive demos and mock interfaces are illustrative rather than deliverables. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance or professional advice for a specific situation.

• When you contact us you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you are entitled to share them.
• We aim to reply with a consultation and an indicative quote within 48 business hours. That is a service target, not a guarantee, and an indicative quote is not binding on either side.
• Any engagement — scope, price, timeline, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties and liability — is governed exclusively by the written agreement we sign with you (proposal, master services agreement and/or statement of work). Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails.
• Information you send us is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. If you need a non-disclosure agreement before sharing project details, say so and we will arrange one.

The LiveBird Technologies name and logo, the text, illustrations, diagrams, demos, code and design of this site, and the products it describes are owned by LiveBird or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for your own evaluation of our services and for internal business purposes, keeping all notices intact. Any other reproduction, distribution, framing, scraping or commercial use requires our written permission.

(Esri) and are used here to identify the products we work with, in line with Esri's trademark guidelines. QGIS, Mapbox, MapLibre, TAK, ATAK, WinTAK, Apple, iOS, Android, Google Play, Microsoft, Windows, React, Flutter, Node.js, Next.js, Laravel, Electron, PostgreSQL and all other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on this site is nominative — it describes what we build with — and does not imply that any of those companies sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with LiveBird unless we say so explicitly.

Apps listed under Our Work are distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play or directly. Downloading and using them is governed by the store's terms and by the licence or terms shown for that product, not by this page. The website only describes them; feature lists and screenshots reflect the version current when the page was written.

You agree not to:

• submit the contact form with automated tools, or attempt to bypass its bot protection;
• probe, scan, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or our email systems;
• scrape or bulk-download content, or use it to train models or build a competing service, without permission;
• send us content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or contains malware;
• use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law or these terms.

We may block access from sources that do any of the above.

The site links to and embeds services we do not control — WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, social networks, app stores, Google reCAPTCHA and, with your consent, Google Analytics. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranty, express or implied, that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components or that its content is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. This does not limit any warranty we give in a signed agreement for our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveBird and its directors, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects statutory consumer rights in your country. Liability for the services we deliver is addressed in the agreement that governs them.

These terms and any dispute about this website are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws in the country where you live. Disputes under a signed services agreement follow the law and forum chosen in that agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. The version published on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
