This policy covers the website at livebirdtechnologies.com and the enquiries you send us through it. Where one of our mobile or desktop products has its own privacy notice (shown in its store listing or inside the app), that notice governs the product. Work we do for clients under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement and its data-processing terms, not by this page.

We collect as little as the purpose needs. In practice that is:

The contact form also contains a hidden field that people never see; automated submissions that fill it in are discarded without being stored. We do not profile you, make automated decisions about you, or use your data for advertising.

The site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies come from two Google services, and analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept in the cookie bar. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

To change your decision, use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Declining removes the Google Analytics cookies for this site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies does not affect the contact form.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. It is processed by:

• Google LLC — reCAPTCHA (bot protection on the contact form) and, after consent, Google Analytics. Google's use of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Our hosting and email providers, which run the website and deliver contact-form enquiries to our mailbox. They act on our instructions as processors.
• Our own team and affiliated entities listed above, on a need-to-know basis, to answer your enquiry.
• Professional advisers, courts or authorities where the law requires it or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• A successor business if LiveBird Technologies is merged, acquired or restructured, under the same commitments made here.

We are based in India with affiliated entities in the United States, and Google processes data in the countries where it operates. Your data may therefore be handled outside the country you are in. Where a transfer requires safeguards under the law that applies to you — such as the standard contractual clauses used in the EU, UK and Switzerland — we rely on the safeguards offered by the provider or put them in place ourselves.

• Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a project follows, for the life of the business relationship plus the period required for accounting and legal records. If nothing follows, we delete or anonymise them within 24 months of the last contact, or sooner on request.
• Server logs are kept for the short rolling period set by our hosting provider for security and debugging.
• Google Analytics event data is retained by Google for at most 14 months; aggregated reports are kept longer but cannot identify you.
• Preferences stay in your browser until you clear them.

The site is served over HTTPS, the contact form is protected against bots and header injection, enquiries are delivered to a company mailbox with access limited to the people who need it, and we follow the least-privilege and encryption practices described on our About page. Our information security policy is available to clients and procurement teams on request. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so if you have something sensitive to share, tell us first and we will agree a channel.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before. You can exercise any of these by emailing connect@livebirdtechnologies.com. We will confirm your identity where we need to and respond within the time the applicable law allows — typically one month.

• European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland: you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
• India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): the rights above apply, and you may raise a grievance with us first at the address above; if unresolved you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
• California and other US states: we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

This website is a business site aimed at organisations. It is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site links to WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, the Apple App Store, Google Play and other third-party sites. Following those links takes you to services we do not control; their privacy policies apply from that point.

We update this page when the site starts doing something new — for example adding a tool that processes data — and change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site; continued use after that means the updated policy applies.
